The trade name preserves the firm's registered initials ("JSN") followed by the English descriptor "Advisory". By accessing this website you agree to the terms set out below. The trade name preserves the firm's registered initials — "JSN" — exactly as they appear at the beginning of the legal name, and appends the English descriptor "Advisory" as a natural rendering of "Desenvolvimento Gerencial e de Negócios" for international correspondents. All content, communication and services associated with this trade name and domain are provided directly by the firm identified in section 1 of these terms. WHOIS records for the domain are held under a privacy proxy in line with common practice; the legal owner of the domain is the firm identified above.

8. Commercial representation and training

Commercial representation activity (CNAE 46.18-4-99) is carried out exclusively under written agreements with the counterparties involved, and is always disclosed to them. Executive training programmes (CNAE 85.99-6-04) are governed by their own written engagement terms, delivered to enrolled cohorts at the time of registration. Nothing on this website constitutes an authorisation to act as a commercial representative on behalf of the firm, or an offer of admission to any specific training programme.

9. Client confidentiality

The firm's advisory engagements are subject to strict client confidentiality obligations. Client identity, mandate content and working documents are never disclosed to third parties, published in aggregated form or used to build case studies or promotional material of any kind.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, JSN DESENVOLVIMENTO GERENCIAL E DE NEGOCIOS LTDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use — or the inability to use — this website.
